Nova Spero Health & Fitness started in a busy and loud commercial gym, which made it difficult to provide the high level professional experience that our clients deserve. We made a conscious and intentional effort to create a quiet, safe, and comfortable space where everyone can feel welcome as they work towards achieving their goals.

The Welcome Space

We wanted Nova Spero Health & Fitness to be a welcoming place people will feel comfortable in. Education and Mentorship are cornerstones of the client experience, so it is necessary to have a space for those conversations to happen.

Gym Equipment

Every piece of gym equipment was chosen to serve the unique and specific needs of our clients. No more overwhelm from too many gym equipment options. And of course, we will be there with you every step of the way.
