Nova Spero Health & Fitness started in a busy and loud commercial gym, which made it difficult to provide the high level professional experience that our clients deserve. I made a conscious and intentional effort to create a quiet, safe, and comfortable space where everyone can feel welcome as they work towards achieving their goals.

The Welcome Space

I wanted Nova Spero Health & Fitness to be a comfortable space that doesn't feel like a typical gym. Education and Mentorship are cornerstones of the client experience, so it is necessary to have a space for those conversations to happen. That's why the first things you see when you walk in are comfortable chairs, a white board, and a safe space to have conversations.
